Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, Szechwan pepper, Salt, Black Pepper, Oil and Sherry wine
- Whisk all ingredients together
- Add the steak to the mixing bowl and marinade for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day
- When steak is done marinating, grill on each side
- Serve with Green Chili Mashed Potatoes and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions
