Directions
- In a mixing bowl, toss together tomatoes, romaine, cucumber, scallion, pita and half of sumac
- Dress ingredients with lemon juice, olive oil and mint
- Season with salt and pepper
- Place on chilled plate and top with the feta cheese
- Place olives on either side of the plate
- Sprinkle the remainder of sumac on top
