A twist on coleslaw, no mayonnaise is used so it's fat free and very low in calories. Delicious as a side or on taco's, pulled pork, or any sandwich.

Each Serrano Chili, thinly sliced

Directions
- As the cabbage sits the vinegar will break down the cabbage and give it a limper consistency
- Place in a container and refrigerate
- Mix by hand until blended well
- Core and slice cabbage place in mixing bowl
- Add serrano chili rice wine vinegar cumin salt and pepper onion and lime juice
