Description

Infused Mexican Mojo Sauce used for marinades or basting chicken, pork or steak.


Ingredients

  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1
  • 1  Each Small Red Onion, minced
  • 2
  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Cumin
  • 3
  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Paprika
  • 4
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Cayenne
  • 5
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Tamarind Paste (deseeded)

  • 1  Each Lemon Juice
  • 7
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Lemon Zest
  • 8
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Olive Oil
  • 9
  • 1  Cup(s) Orange Juice

  • 8  Ounce(s) Weight Peach Yogurt

Directions

    1. Combine liquid ingredients in a container and mix; lemon juice, lemon zest, orange juice, olive oil & yogurt.
    2. In a blender, puree garlic, onions, cumin, paprika, cayenne, tamarind paste and your premixed liquid ingredients.
    3. blend for 30-60 seconds to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
    4. Place in a sealed jar and refrigerate.
