Directions
- Combine liquid ingredients in a container and mix; lemon juice, lemon zest, orange juice, olive oil & yogurt.
- In a blender, puree garlic, onions, cumin, paprika, cayenne, tamarind paste and your premixed liquid ingredients.
- blend for 30-60 seconds to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
- Place in a sealed jar and refrigerate.
