Cup(s) Pickles, chopped, vinegar brine

Directions
- Peel and cut potatoes into medium size pieces
- Place potatoes in pot and cover with water, add salt and bring to a boil covered
- When water starts boiling, uncover pot
- boil until fork tender
- Drain potatoes and run cold water over them
- In a large bowl, add potatoes with all other ingredients, mix well to coat
- Mixing the ingredients while potatoes are still warm will give you a creamy dressing
- Season to taste and refrigerate for 2 hours
