Description

A creamy potato salad blended with a mustard mayonnaise dressing and other great flavors. This will easily become your favorite recipe for potato salad.


Ingredients

  • 5  Pound(s) Potatoes
  • 1
  • 1  Each Onion, chopped
  • 2
  • 2  Cup(s) Mayonnaise
  • 3
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Deli Mustard
  • 4
  • 1  Cup(s) Pickles, chopped, vinegar brine
  • 5
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Pickle Brine
  • 6
  • 10  Ounce(s) Weight Package Frozen Peas and Carrots, thawed
  • 7
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Salt

Directions

    1. Peel and cut potatoes into medium size pieces
    2. Place potatoes in pot and cover with water, add salt and bring to a boil covered
    3. When water starts boiling, uncover pot
    4. boil until fork tender
    5. Drain potatoes and run cold water over them
    6. In a large bowl, add potatoes with all other ingredients, mix well to coat
    7. Mixing the ingredients while potatoes are still warm will give you a creamy dressing
    8. Season to taste and refrigerate for 2 hours
