Open Flame Roasting Peppers

Roasting is a cooking method that uses dry heat, whether an open flame, oven, or other heat source.
- 1 Each Red pepper
- Lay your whole red pepper on an open flame. Keep turning it until most of the pepper is blacken from the flame. Then place your pepper in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 5-10 minutes. This allows the pepper to steam and makes it easier to peal.
