Roasting is a cooking method that uses dry heat, whether an open flame, oven, or other heat source.


  • 1  Each Red pepper

    1. Lay your whole red pepper on an open flame. Keep turning it until most of the pepper is blacken from the flame. Then place your pepper in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 5-10 minutes. This allows the pepper to steam and makes it easier to peal.
    2. Watch video, take your time and pause me if you need to.
