Directions

    1. Before opening Ice the oysters down.
    2. Wash, dry and secure the oyster with a rag.
    3. Place tip of knife in back joint and wiggle it loose.
    4. Rub knife along the top of the shell to release the membrane.
    5. Release the oyster from the bottom of the shell.
