Pound(s) Orecchiette Pasta, cooked al dente

Each Bunches of Broccoli Rabe, stems off

Cup(s) Reserved Pasta Water

Directions
- Place veal sausage on baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, let cool
- In a pot with boiling water, blanche broccoli rabe, take out and place in bowl
- When veal sausage is cooled, slice and put on plate
- In sauce pot over medium high heat, add olive oil and garlic, cook until slightly golden
- Add veal sausage, cook for about 2 minutes
- Add broccoli rabe and salted pasta water, cook for about 2 to 3 minutes
- Add pasta and toss together
- Add grated pecorino romano cheese, toss and plate
