Directions
- Wash and cut the tomatoes in equal size pieces
- Toss the tomatoes with the other ingredients
- Place the dressed tomatoes on a rack on a pan
- Roast the tomatoes at 325 degrees for 90 minutes
- Allow to cool and use in your favorite recipes
