Description

A very easy sauce to make, just combine the ingredients in a bowl and use sauce for noodles with chicken, shrimp, beef or keep it vegetarian with noodles and tofu.


Ingredients

  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Sriracha Sauce
  • 3
  • 3  Fluid ounce(s) Sugar
  • 4
  • 1 1/2  Fluid ounce(s) Fish Sauce
  • 5
  • 4  Fluid ounce(s) Soy Sauce
  • 6
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Paprika
  • 7
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Blended Oil (Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Canola Oil)

Directions

    1. In a large bowl, add ginger, lime juice, sriracha sauce, sugar, fish sauce and soy sauce
    2. Whisk to combine
    3. Add paprika and finish with blended oil
    4. Whisk then taste
    5. If sauce is too spicy you can add more sugar to cut the spice
