  • 8  Ounce(s) Weight Butter, unsalted
  • 1
  • 8  Ounce(s) Weight All Purpose Flour
  • 2


    1. Place butter in a thick bottom sauce pot
    2. Once butter is melted add flour
    3. Cook butter out with flour until you get a wet sand consistency
    4. Cool and store
