Description

This healthy dish is simple and delicious with less than 5 ingredients involved. Juicy pan seared chicken topped with a tomato and arugula salad.


Ingredients

  • 4  Each Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1
  •  As Needed Salt & Pepper
  • 2
  • 1 1/2  Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
  • 3
  •  As Needed Onion Powder
  • 4
  •  As Needed Garlic Powder
  • 5
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil

Directions

    1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in saute pan over medium heat
    2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder then dredge in flour
    3. saute the chicken until golden brown on both sides
    4. Remove from pan and place in oven for 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees
    5. Plate chicken and top with arugula & tomato salad

    Arugula & Tomato Salad

    Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup(s) Arugula, Stemmed, Washed and Chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cup(s) Tomatoes, Diced
  • Fluid ounce(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Fluid ounce(s) Balsamic Vinegar
  • To Taste Salt & Pepper
  • Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix together arugula, tomatoes, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
