This is a tasty sweet and savory dish. Moist pan roasted pork loin topped with a hot cherry preserve and a hint of rosemary.


  • 3/4  Pound(s) Boneless Pork Loin, cut 3/4" thick
  • 1
  •  To Taste Salt & Pepper

  • 1  Cup(s) Whole Cherry Preserves
  • 3
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Sugar
  • 4
  • ¼  Tea Spoon(s) Rosemary, finely chopped
  • 5
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil

    1. Rub pork loin with oil then season with salt and pepper.
    2. Cook in hot saute pan until both sides are brown.
    3. Place preserves in the hot saute pan, when simmering add sugar and rosemary.
    4. Plate up, dollop a little preserve on the plate, lay out pork and top with cherry preserve sauce.
