Directions
- Rub pork loin with oil then season with salt and pepper.
- Cook in hot saute pan until both sides are brown.
- Place preserves in the hot saute pan, when simmering add sugar and rosemary.
- Plate up, dollop a little preserve on the plate, lay out pork and top with cherry preserve sauce.
