This is a simple preparation of fresh Salmon. Topped with a cool and sweet citrus pineapple mango salsa. Light and healthy!


  • 14  Ounce(s) Weight Salmon Filet

  • 1  To Taste Salt & Pepper
  • 2
  •  As Needed Pineapple Mango Salsa
  • 3
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Vegetable Oil or Neutral Oil
  • 4


    1. Season Salmon with salt and pepper
    2. Sear the filet in a hot pan with a small amount of oil show side first (top side)
    3. When fish is nice and caramelized, flip to other side and place whole pan in oven until cooked to your liking
    4. This should take about 3 to 4 minutes
    5. Top with pineapple mango salsa and serve
