This is a simple preparation of fresh Salmon. Topped with a cool and sweet citrus pineapple mango salsa. Light and healthy!

As Needed Pineapple Mango Salsa

Tea Spoon(s) Vegetable Oil or Neutral Oil

Directions
- Season Salmon with salt and pepper
- Sear the filet in a hot pan with a small amount of oil show side first (top side)
- When fish is nice and caramelized, flip to other side and place whole pan in oven until cooked to your liking
- This should take about 3 to 4 minutes
- Top with pineapple mango salsa and serve
