Directions
- Dress bread cubes with oil, salt, pepper and parmesan
- Toast on sheet pan until slightly golden and still soft in middle
- Mix the tomato, mozzarella and red onion together
- Dress with the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Finish with basil, salt and pepper
- Taste and adjust (may need more oil or vinegar depending on personal preference)
