A refreshing salsa made with Papaya and Avocado. Great on top of Crab Cakes, Grilled Poultry or Fish. Or just enjoy with a bag of chips your guests will love this colorful salsa.

Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl
- Mix gently to break up the avocado pieces but not to smash
- Let set in refrigerator for 30 minutes to macerate
- Drain off some excess liquid before serving
- Serve as a salsa with chips or over your favorite grilled chicken or fish
