This delicious Parmesan Dough can be used as a base for many different types of savory tarts or hors d'oeuvres.
Ounce(s) Weight Butter
Ounce(s) Weight Parmesan, grated
Each Eggs, whole
Ounce(s) Weight Flour, All purpose
- Cream the butter and the parmesan until smooth
- Add the eggs one at a time and incorporate
- Mix in the flour but do not over work the dough
- Roll out our press out the dough into desired size and shape
