This delicious Parmesan Dough can be used as a base for many different types of savory tarts or hors d'oeuvres.


  • 18  Ounce(s) Weight Butter
  • 1
  • 18  Ounce(s) Weight Parmesan, grated
  • 2
  • 3  Each Eggs, whole
  • 3
  • 18  Ounce(s) Weight Flour, All purpose
  • 4


    1. Cream the butter and the parmesan until smooth
    2. Add the eggs one at a time and incorporate
    3. Mix in the flour but do not over work the dough
    4. Roll out our press out the dough into desired size and shape
    5. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until golden brown.
