This crispy garnish will finish a dish with flair. Baked parmesan cheese seasoned with chives and coriander moulded in any shape you wish. Wow your guests with a parmesan crisp on top of a entree or appetizer.


  •  As Needed Parmesan Gheese, grated

  •  As Needed Coriander, ground
  • 2
  •  As Needed Chives, thin slices
  • 3


    1. Place the mould on a silicone baking mat and line the bottom with the grated cheese
    2. sprinkle coriander or any seasoning you wish on top
    3. top with a pinch of chives and Bake for 7 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees
    4. when the cheese starts to brown lightly take them out and allow to cool
    5. store in a air tight container once cool
    6. Garnich your favorite dish
