Description

This is a Light and Flavorful vinaigrette that can be used in many different ways. Great for Grilled fish and chicken dishes. Also this is a great dressing to stand up with bitter greens such as Frisee or Arugula. Looks great on any plate with its bright yellow color


Ingredients

  • 2  Cup(s) Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1
  • 1  Each Shallot, small
  • 2
  • 1  Each Garlic Clove
  • 3
  • 1  Each Thyme Sprig
  • 4
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Kosher Salt
  • 5
  • 1  Pinch Pepper
  • 6
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Dijon Mustard, optional

  • 3  Cup(s) Blended Oil, 75% neutral / 25% olive

Directions

    1. Add all ingredients except oil to a blender and blend at medium to high speed
    2. Slowly add oil in a steady stream until emulsified
    3. Taste and adjust with any of the ingredients
