This is a Light and Flavorful vinaigrette that can be used in many different ways. Great for Grilled fish and chicken dishes. Also this is a great dressing to stand up with bitter greens such as Frisee or Arugula. Looks great on any plate with its bright yellow color

Directions
- Add all ingredients except oil to a blender and blend at medium to high speed
- Slowly add oil in a steady stream until emulsified
- Taste and adjust with any of the ingredients
