Description
Penne Pasta with grilled shrimp, vegetables, crumbled feta cheese, basil, lemon and olive oil. A great summer pasta salad.

Cup(s) Feta Cheese, crumbled

To Taste Salt and Pepper

Directions
- Grill shrimp for about 3 - 4 minutes on Grill
- Grill vegetables until charred
- Remove skins and deseed the peppers
- After grilling remove kernels from the grilled corn
- Add olive oil so pasta does not stick together
- In a large bowl, add pasta and the vegetables
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Next add the feta cheese, basil and toss
- Serve room temperature and enjoy!
