Pear and Endive Salad

Description
A perfect fall salad consisting of roquefort blue cheese, radicchio, pears and Belgian endive.
Ingredients
- 2 Each Belgian Endive Head
- 1 Each Bartlett Pears, ripe, halved, cored, sliced
- 1/4 Pound(s) Roquefort Cheese
- 1/8 Cup(s) Radicchio
- ¼ Tea Spoon(s) Sherry Honey Vinaigrette
Directions
- Trim off the core end of each head endive, then slice in half
- Slice each half of endive lengthwise in a julienne cut
- Mix endive, pear & radicchio, add roquefort cheese
- Toss with Sherry Honey Vinaigrette
