Directions
- Heat a large saute pan on medium high and add extra virgin olive oil
- Once oil is hot, add garlic, cook until golden brown
- Add broccoli, chicken stock, pasta water, tomatoes, salt and pepper, cook for about 5 minutes
- Add pasta and toss, cook for another 2 minutes
- Add cheese and place in a bowl
- Top with pecorino cheese
