Crispy and Light Phyllo cups. Layers of phyllo makes a versatile vessel that can hold sweet or savory salads or mousses to serve as a canape or dessert items. Add sugar and cocoa or salt and pepper in between the layers to match the filling you desire.

Directions
- Defrost your phyllo in the refrigerator over night
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lay down the first sheet and brush the butter on all of the surface areas
- Place second layer down, smooth out any air pockets
- brush again with the butter
- Place the nest sheet down and brush with butter
- You can use 3 or 4 layers depending on the thickness of your dough (different brands can vary)
- Cut dough to proper size and place in the mini muffin tin
- Press in throughly to make the bottom of the cup flat
- Let coo, remove from muffin tin and fill with your favorite topping
- Bake in oven untl golden brown
