Pickled Balsamic Red Onions

This flavorful easy recipe, use for a topping from salad to entrees.
- ½ Each Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Cup(s) Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Sugar (optional)
- Slice onion to a 1/4" or less.
- Place in an airtight container.
- Pour in vinegar.
- Refrigerate for two days.
