This flavorful easy recipe, use for a topping from salad to entrees.


  • ½  Each Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Balsamic vinegar
  • 2
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Sugar (optional)
  • 3


    1. Slice onion to a 1/4" or less.
    2. Place in an airtight container.
    3. Pour in vinegar.
    4. Refrigerate for two days.
