12" pizza pie with delicious shrimp and vodka sauce, a Café Bello favorite!


  • 6  Ounce(s) Weight Pizza Dough

  • 6  Ounce(s) Weight Fresh Mozzarella, cubed
  • 2
  • 3  Ounce(s) Weight Vodka Sauce
  • 3
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Shrimp, chopped
  • 4
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 5
  • 2  Each Basil Leaves, ripped
  • 6
  • 1  As Needed Flour

    1. Place the dough on a floured board and begin spreading it from the center with your fingers
    2. Lift the disk with both hands, flip and pull it from one hand to the other until the disk is 12" in diameter
    3. Return the 12" disk to your floured surface and start to add the toppings
    4. Spread the mozzarella evenly, trying to stay away from the middle as much as possible
    5. Spread the shrimp evenly
    6. Finally add vodka sauce
    7. Bake pizza in a 535 degree gas fire pizza oven for 5 minutes, a little longer in a conventional oven
    8. For best results in a conventional oven, pre-heat it to 475 degrees for 30 minutes
    9. Bake pizza at 450 degrees or until the crust is lightly brown
