Poached Eggs

Description
How to poach en egg. Great with toast for breakfast or top your favorite spinach salad with bacon dressing. Used in many dishes see how easy it is with Chef Matt Tivy
Ingredients
- 2 Each Eggs
- 2 Table Spoon(s) White Vinegar
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Quart(s) Water
Directions
- Bring water with salt and vinegar to a simmer
- Crack eggs and have ready in a separate bowl
- Spin water around and gently place eggs in liquid for 4 minutes
- Remove eggs with a spider ( long handled straner)
- Serve and enjoy
