How to poach a salmon filet. Get a great result every time. This can be served hot, cold or make a salmon salad.


  • 2  Each Salmon Filets, 4 oz. each
  • 1
  • 1  Quart(s) Court Bouillon
  • 2


    1. Place salmon fillets in simmering court bouillon
    2. Allow to simmer lightly for 5 to 10 minutes depending on how you like your salmon cooked
    3. For cold salmon, when cooking process is done, turn off heat and allow the liquid and salmon to come to room temperature
    4. Place in container with poaching liquid and refrigerate
