Poached Salmon

Description
How to poach a salmon filet. Get a great result every time. This can be served hot, cold or make a salmon salad.
Ingredients
- 2 Each Salmon Filets, 4 oz. each
- 1 Quart(s) Court Bouillon
Directions
- Place salmon fillets in simmering court bouillon
- Allow to simmer lightly for 5 to 10 minutes depending on how you like your salmon cooked
- For cold salmon, when cooking process is done, turn off heat and allow the liquid and salmon to come to room temperature
- Place in container with poaching liquid and refrigerate
