Description

This is an amazing Japanese Dipping sauce, Which I took and added a little Latin touch with the heat and cilantro. Great for fish, steaks or even Sashimi.


Ingredients

  • 1/2  Cup(s) Soy sauce
  • 1
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Water
  • 2
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Rice wine vinegar
  • 3
  • 2  Each Limes squeezed
  • 4
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Fresh minced ginger
  • 5
  • 1  Each Diced Serrano chili's
  • 6
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Cumin
  • 7
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Cilantro
  • 8
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Sliced green onion (scallions)

Directions

    1. Clean and dice Serrano chili's.
    2. Add soy sauce.
    3. Add water.
    4. Add rice wine vinegar.
    5. Add lime juice.
    6. Add ginger.
    7. Add Scallions.
    8. Add cumin.
    9. Whisk or shake.
    10. Place in bowl for dipping and Chopped cilantro before serving.
    11. Place in air tight container and refrigerate.
