Description

These wontons are so delicious in a chicken broth or with noodles. Or Deep fry and serve with a dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 24  Each Square Wonton Wrappers
  • 1
  • 8  Ounce(s) Weight Ground Pork
  • 2
  • 4  Ounce(s) Weight Shrimp, medium, cut into 1/4" pieces
  • 3
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Scallions, finely chopped
  • 4
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Sesame Oil
  • 5
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Corn Starch
  • 6
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Kosher Salt
  • 7
  • ¼  Tea Spoon(s) White Pepper
  • 8

Directions

    1. In a bowl, vigorously mix pork, shrimp, scallions, sesame oil, corn starch, salt and white pepper
    2. Fill each wrapper with about 1 tablespoon of filling and seal
    3. Cook the wontons in boiling water for about 5 minutes or until they float to the top
    4. Drain and serve in chicken broth or noodles
