Directions
- In a bowl, vigorously mix pork, shrimp, scallions, sesame oil, corn starch, salt and white pepper
- Fill each wrapper with about 1 tablespoon of filling and seal
- Cook the wontons in boiling water for about 5 minutes or until they float to the top
- Drain and serve in chicken broth or noodles
