Pork Fried Rice

Description
The most delicious pork fried rice you will ever try! Use brown rice to make this side dish a bit healthier if you prefer, you won't be able to tell the difference it's that good.
Ingredients
- 2 Cup(s) Brown or White Rice, cooked
- 2 Each Eggs, beaten
- 4 Table Spoon(s) Neutral Oil
- 1/4 Cup(s) Roasted Pork, diced
- 1/4 Cup(s) Onions, diced
- 1/4 Cup(s) Scallions, chopped
- 1/4 Cup(s) Bean Sprouts
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Soy Sauce
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Kosher Salt
Directions
- Heat wok on high flame
- Add oil to wok, spread around to coat evenly then remove half of the oil
- Add eggs, move around to scramble, being careful not to overcook
- Once eggs are almost scrambled, remove from wok and set aside
- Place wok back on high heat and add pork
- Add onions and bean sprouts, mix around to stir fry
- Once meat is browned, add rice and mix
- Add soy sauce and kosher salt
- Add eggs back into wok and mix to combine
- Taste and season if necessary
- Garnish with scallions
- Plate up and enjoy!
