Description

The most delicious pork fried rice you will ever try! Use brown rice to make this side dish a bit healthier if you prefer, you won't be able to tell the difference it's that good.


Ingredients

  • 2  Cup(s) Brown or White Rice, cooked
  • 1
  • 2  Each Eggs, beaten
  • 2
  • 4  Table Spoon(s) Neutral Oil
  • 3
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Roasted Pork, diced
  • 4
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Onions, diced
  • 5
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Scallions, chopped
  • 6
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Bean Sprouts
  • 7
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Soy Sauce
  • 8
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Kosher Salt
  • 9

Directions

    1. Heat wok on high flame
    2. Add oil to wok, spread around to coat evenly then remove half of the oil
    3. Add eggs, move around to scramble, being careful not to overcook
    4. Once eggs are almost scrambled, remove from wok and set aside
    5. Place wok back on high heat and add pork
    6. Add onions and bean sprouts, mix around to stir fry
    7. Once meat is browned, add rice and mix
    8. Add soy sauce and kosher salt
    9. Add eggs back into wok and mix to combine
    10. Taste and season if necessary
    11. Garnish with scallions
    12. Plate up and enjoy!
