Description
This is a lightly sweet pumpkin bread with raisin and nuts that can be made into small rolls or baked in a loaf pan. Incredible with a little butter, warm out of the oven!

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Using a standing mixer with a paddle attachment, mix together flour and yeast
- Add sugar then pumpkin puree
- Add cinnamon
- Add eggs, one at a time
- Slowly add water, mix for 2 - 3 minutes
- Add raisins and walnuts, mix until incorporated
- Scrape down bowl and paddle
- Sprinkle some flour on dough and roll into a ball
- Cover dough with a paper towel and let rest for 1 hour, it will almost double in size
- Uncover and sprinkle with flour
- Roll dough into any portion size you prefer, you can split the dough into portions and place on a floured baking sheet or you can place the entire dough into a loaf pan
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown
