Each Potato, medium sized

one_half Each Cauliflower Head, chopped

Tea Spoon(s) Fresh Ginger, chopped

Tea Spoon(s) Garlic, minced

Each Tomato, diced

Directions
- In a pot of boiling water, add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder
- Add cauliflower to pot
- Let cook for a few minutes, do not let it get mushy
- boil the potatoes until soft
- Peel the potatoes and cut it into chunks
- In a sauté pan, add oil and cumin seeds
- Add onions and ginger
- Add cauliflower and potatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, turmeric powder, cilantro and tomatoes
- Let cook for a few minutes, serve & enjoy!
