Description

This is an easy Vinaigrette that will impress your friends. A creamy Vinaigrette with raspberries added to create a whole new flavor profile you can use for salads & marinades.


Ingredients

  • 1/4  Cup(s) Champagne Vinegar
  • 1
  • 3/4  Cup(s) Olive oil
  • 2
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Raspberries, fresh
  • 3
  • 2  Each Basil Leaves (Chiffonade)
  • 4
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Dijon Mustard
  • 5
  •  To Taste Sea Salt
  • 6
  •  To Taste Pepper
  • 7

Directions

    1. Blend Vinegar, Raspberries, Dijon Mustard in a blender.
    2. While blending, add olive oil slowly until infused (do not over Blend).
    3. Add basil and salt & pepper to taste.
    4. Place in sealed jar if not using and refrigerate.
