Description

Sweet Roasted Beets with Goat Cheese and Balsamic Dressing. A Unique and Delicious Salad or Side Dish your Friends and Family will Love.


Ingredients

  • 1  Pound(s) Fresh Beets
  • 1
  • 2  Ounce(s) Weight Goat Cheese
  • 2
  • 2  Fluid ounce(s) Balsamic Vinegar, Good Quality
  • 3
  • 2 1/2  Ounce(s) Weight Olive Oil
  • 4
  •  To Taste Salt
  • 5
  •  To Taste Pepper
  • 6
  •  Pinch Fresh Herbs for Garnish
  • 7

Directions

    1. Wash and score Beets
    2. Roast until Soft, approximately 1 hour
    3. Cool and peel Beets then chop into bite size pieces
    4. Top with Goat Cheese, Balsamic Vinegar, and Olive Oil
    5. Mix and mash Goat Cheese with all Ingredients
    6. Adjust with salt and pepper and top with fresh herbs
