Description

Sauteed salmon covered in Dukkha breadcrumbs. A bread crumb mixed with sesame seeds, chili powder, and cumin seeds. Served with sweet potato mash. Looks and Tastes Great!


Ingredients

  • 7 1/8  Ounce(s) Weight Salmon Fillet

  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil

  • 3
  •  Tea Spoon(s) Salt

  • 1 3/4  Ounce(s) Weight Bread Crumbs
  • 5
  •  Tea Spoon(s) Chili powder
  • 6
  •  Tea Spoon(s) Black Sesame Seeds
  • 7
  •  Tea Spoon(s) Cumin Seeds
  • 8
  • 4 1/4  Ounce(s) Weight Sweet Potatoes
  • 9
  •  Table Spoon(s) Butter
  • 10
  •  Tea Spoon(s) Salt

  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Caviar or fish roe

Directions

    1. Blend together bread crumbs with black and white sesame seeds, chili and cumin seeds in food processor
    2. Dredge Salmon fillet in olive oil and cover in Dukkha crumbs
    3. Fry in oil and butter for 2 minutes on one side, lower heat to medium then Fry for 2 minutes on the other side
    4. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into strips
    5. Place in saucepan with butter, salt and water and cook until tender
    6. Mash potatoes
    7. Serve with dressed mixed greens
    8. Top fish with your favorite caviar or fish roe
