Sauteed salmon covered in Dukkha breadcrumbs. A bread crumb mixed with sesame seeds, chili powder, and cumin seeds. Served with sweet potato mash. Looks and Tastes Great!

Directions
- Blend together bread crumbs with black and white sesame seeds, chili and cumin seeds in food processor
- Dredge Salmon fillet in olive oil and cover in Dukkha crumbs
- Fry in oil and butter for 2 minutes on one side, lower heat to medium then Fry for 2 minutes on the other side
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into strips
- Place in saucepan with butter, salt and water and cook until tender
- Mash potatoes
- Serve with dressed mixed greens
- Top fish with your favorite caviar or fish roe
