Description

This cool and refreshing sauce goes well with many dishes. A blend of fresh herbs, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Great with poached salmon, a sandwich spread or as a dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1  Cup(s) Mayonnaise
  • 1
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Chives
  • 2
  • 4  Each Spinach Leaves
  • 3
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Cilantro
  • 4
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Watercress, chopped
  • 5
  • 1  Each Lemon, juiced
  • 6
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Kosher Salt
  • 7

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
    2. Place in container with lid and refrigerate
