Description

Sauteed Broccoli goes well with any chicken, beef or fish recipe. Or just enjoy a big bowl with rice. This recipe is so good even the kids will like it!


Ingredients

  • 3  Each Bunches Broccoli
  • 1
  • 3  Each Garlic Cloves, miinced
  • 2
  • 1  Fluid ounce(s) Olive Oil
  • 3
  • 2  Fluid ounce(s) Chicken Stock
  • 4
  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Butter
  • 5
  • 1  To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 6

Directions

    1. Cut broccoli into equal size pieces
    2. Bring water to a boil with 2 pinches of salt
    3. Submerge broccoli for 1 minute in the boiling water
    4. Heat saute pan with oil and quickly cook out the garlic
    5. Before garlic takes on color, throw in your broccoli
    6. Mix around to coat with oil and garlic
    7. Add chicken stock, let simmer for a minute
    8. Finish with butter, salt & pepper
    9. Serve
