Description

Sauteed shrimp with with lots of asian flavor. Great for passed hors d'oeuvres or a stationary display. Serve them right from the pan over rice, noodles, or stir fry vegetables .


Ingredients

  • 1/2  Pound(s) Shrimp, 16/20, cleaned, peeled
  • 1
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Oil, soy or corn
  • 2
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Ginger, Garlic, Scallion Mix
  • 3
  • 1 ½  Table Spoon(s) Butter
  • 4
  • 1 1/2  Fluid ounce(s) Soy Sauce, light
  • 5
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Parsley, chopped
  • 6

Directions

    1. Heat oil in a saute pan and add shrimp
    2. Add Ginger Garlic Scallion mix
    3. Cook on one side and then flip to other side
    4. Deglaze with soy sauce
    5. Add butter, when melted cook for another minute
    6. Finish with parsley and serve
