Description

This is a simple savory bread pudding that can be changed with any left over you might have laying around. It's good for an accompaniment with any dish.


Ingredients

  • 3/4  Pint (s) Bread, cubed (any type)
  • 1
  • 2  Each Eggs, beaten
  • 2
  • 3/4  Cup(s) Cream or Milk
  • 3
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Onions, sauteed (optional)
  • 4
  • 1  Pinch Rosemary, dried
  • 5
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Parmesan, grated (optional)
  • 6
  •  As Needed Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 7
  •  To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 8

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
    3. Spray ramekin or muffin tin
    4. Place all ingredients in sprayed vessel
    5. Top with rosemary
    6. Bake in oven until golden brown
    7. Check center with skewer to make sure it's not wet
    8. Enjoy!
