- 2 Each Eggs, beaten until smooth
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Butter, unsalted
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
- Season eggs with salt and pepper
- Heat oil and butter in a nonstick pan
- When butter has melted, add eggs and agitate until fully cooked
