Ingredients

  • 2  Each Eggs, beaten until smooth
  • 1
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Vegetable Oil
  • 2
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Butter, unsalted
  • 3
  • 1  Pinch Salt
  • 4
  • 1  Pinch Black Pepper
  • 5

Directions

    1. Season eggs with salt and pepper
    2. Heat oil and butter in a nonstick pan
    3. When butter has melted, add eggs and agitate until fully cooked

    French-Style Scrambled Eggs

    Ingredients

  • 2 Each Eggs, beaten until smooth
  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Butter, unsalted
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • Directions

    1. Season eggs with salt and pepper
    2. Heat oil and butter in a nonstick pan
    3. Pour eggs into pan and vigorously whisk eggs until fully cooked
