Sesame Crusted Tuna with a Trio of Asian Sauces

Description
Black and white sesame seared tuna over a seaweed salad with three dipping sauces you can find in your local Asian market or you can substitute the sweet soy sauce with Chef Colin's Citrus Soy Glaze.
Ingredients
- 8 Ounce(s) Weight Tuna Loin, fresh grade A sushi
- As Needed Sweet Soy Sauce (bottled)
- As Needed Sriracha Sauce (bottled)
- As Needed Wasabi Creme (bottled)
- 1 Cup(s) Black & White Sesame Seeds
- 1 Table Spoon(s) Sesame Oil
- 1 Cup(s) Seaweed Salad
Directions
- Heat a thin pizza pan or saute pan over high heat to get smoking hot
- Crust tuna loin with sesame seeds, coat evenly on all sides
- Once pan is starting to smoke, add sesame oil
- Sear tuna quickly on all sides, for rare Sear for about 6 seconds on each side
- Remove tuna from pan
- Drizzle plate with sweet soy sauce and sriracha sauce
- Slice tuna into 8 pieces
- Add 1/2 cup of seaweed salad to each plate
- Top seaweed salad with 4 slices of tuna on each plate
- Drizzle with wasabi creme
