This simple preparation of fresh tuna loin coated in black and white sesame seeds is a real crowd pleaser your guests will love it.


  • 1  Pound(s) Fresh Tuna Loin (or larger if needed)
  • 1
  • ½  Cup(s) Sesame Oil (to coat tuna)
  • 2
  • 1  Cup(s) Black & White Sesame Seeds (to coat)

    1. Coat tuna in sesame oil
    2. Heat cast iron skillet until smoking hot
    3. Sear tuna on all sides in skillet
    4. Place back into sesame oil
    5. Press into sesame seeds
    6. Slice and serve
