Description
Shrimp sauteed in a white wine butter sauce with green peas and hashbrowns. Make your hash browns from scratch or buy the frozen package in the store and just defrost.

Directions
- In a hot saute pan, add butter
- Heat butter until melted then add shrimp
- Season with salt and pepper
- saute shrimp for about 1 1/2 minutes
- Add garlic then deglaze pan with wine
- Add peas and saute for another minute
- Add hash browns
- Taste and Season with salt and pepper
- Add parsley and paprika, stir to combine
- Remove from heat and plate
