Description

Shrimp sauteed in a white wine butter sauce with green peas and hashbrowns. Make your hash browns from scratch or buy the frozen package in the store and just defrost.


Ingredients

  • 4  Table Spoon(s) Butter
  • 1
  • 3/4  Pound(s) Shrimp, 20/25, cleaned, deveined, tails removed
  • 2
  •  As Needed Salt & Pepper
  • 3
  • ½  Table Spoon(s) Garlic, minced
  • 4
  • 1/4  Cup(s) White Wine
  • 5
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Green Peas
  • 6
  • 1  Cup(s) Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 7
  • ½  Table Spoon(s) Parsley, chopped
  • 8
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Paprika
  • 9

Directions

    1. In a hot saute pan, add butter
    2. Heat butter until melted then add shrimp
    3. Season with salt and pepper
    4. saute shrimp for about 1 1/2 minutes
    5. Add garlic then deglaze pan with wine
    6. Add peas and saute for another minute
    7. Add hash browns
    8. Taste and Season with salt and pepper
    9. Add parsley and paprika, stir to combine
    10. Remove from heat and plate
