Bacon wrapped shrimp stuffed with jalapeno. YUMMY!


  • 6  Each Shrimp, jumbo
  • 1
  • 1  Each Jalapeno, julienned
  • 2
  • 6  Each Bacon Strips
  • 3


    1. Place the strips of jalapeno in the cleaned vein line of shrimp
    2. Wrap the bacon around the shrimp, overlap bacon by half the width
    3. Place in a pan over medium heat with no oil
    4. Cook until bacon is crispy and then turn
    5. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, or until crispy
    6. Remove from pan and place on a towel to drain off excess oil
    7. Place the salsa on a plate and the shrimp on top
    8. Garnish with cilantro leaves

    Pineapple Salsa


  • ½ Each Jalapeno, minced
  • As Needed Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Table Spoon(s) Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Pineapple, small diced
  • 1 Table Spoon(s) Red Onion, diced
  • To Taste Hot Sauce
  • Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix pineapple, jalepeno, cilantro, hot sauce, red onion, salt and pepper together
