Directions
- Place Olive oil in sautee pan, bring close to smoking point.
- Place shrimp in pan and sautee for 3 minute.
- Salt and pepper.
- Add white wine, garlic, parsley, butter, and reduce.
- Add lemon juice.
- reduce for 3 minutes.
- Adjust salt and pepper.
- Serve over pasta or rice.
