Description
Fresh Sushi-Grade tuna is chopped up and mixed with shallots, jalapeno and harissa then rolled in sushi rice. Make sure you have a sushi roller!
Ingredients
- 2 Cup(s) Tuna, Sushi-Grade, finely chopped
- 1 Table Spoon(s) Shallot, minced
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Red Jalapeno, seeded, minced
- 3 Cup(s) Sushi Nishiki Rice, cooked
- ½ Table Spoon(s) Harissa Sauce
- ½ Each Nori Seaweed Sheet
- 1 Table Spoon(s) Wasabi Mayo
Directions
- 1 Table Spoon(s) Prepared Wasabi
- 1 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
- In a mixing bowl, mix ingredients together
