Description

Fresh Sushi-Grade tuna is chopped up and mixed with shallots, jalapeno and harissa then rolled in sushi rice. Make sure you have a sushi roller!


Ingredients

  • 2  Cup(s) Tuna, Sushi-Grade, finely chopped
  • 1
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Shallot, minced
  • 2
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Red Jalapeno, seeded, minced
  • 3
  • 3  Cup(s) Sushi Nishiki Rice, cooked
  • 4
  • ½  Table Spoon(s) Harissa Sauce
  • 5
  • ½  Each Nori Seaweed Sheet
  • 6
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Wasabi Mayo
  • 7

Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix together tuna, shallots, pepper and harissa
    2. Wet your hands with water then top Nori Sheet with sushi rice, covering evenly
    3. Top with spicy tuna lengthwise
    4. Roll sushi
    5. Cut into 6 pieces
    6. Garnish each pieces with Wasabi Mayo
    7. Plate and serve with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce

    Wasabi Mayo

    Ingredients

  • 1 Table Spoon(s) Prepared Wasabi
  • 1 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
  • Directions

    1. In a mixing bowl, mix ingredients together
