Description

Sushi tuna mixed with mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and tobikio caviar. Spicy and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 1/2  Cup(s) Yellow Fin Tuna, fresh, raw, cubed
  • 1
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Mayonnaise
  • 2
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 3
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Tobikio Caviar
  • 4
  •  Pinch Salt
  • 5
  •  Pinch Pepper
  • 6
  •  Pinch Soy Reduction
  • 7
  • 3  Each Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 8
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Sriracha Chili Sauce

Directions

    1. In a small bowl, mix together tuna with salt, pepper, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and caviar
    2. Place cucumber slices on plate and place tuna mixture in a triangle mold
    3. Drizzle soy reduction and sweet chili sauce on plate
