Directions
- In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil then toss in chirizo
- Add onions and garlic and sauté until garlic is almost golden, being careful not to brown
- Add mussels, white wine, marinara and stock, cover and steam for about 3 minutes
- Pour in serving bowl and serve
