Description

Tasty marinara seafood dish with chorizo sausage.


Ingredients

  • 1/2  Cup(s) Chorizo Sausage
  • 1
  • 1  Pound(s) Mussels on the Half Shell, cleaned
  • 2
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Onion, diced
  • 3
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Garlic, chopped
  • 4
  • 1/4  Cup(s) White Wine
  • 5
  • 1  Cup(s) Marinara Sauce
  • 6
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Oil, blended
  • 7
  • 4  Table Spoon(s) Lobster or Chicken Stock
  • 8

Directions

    1. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil then toss in chirizo
    2. Add onions and garlic and sauté until garlic is almost golden, being careful not to brown
    3. Add mussels, white wine, marinara and stock, cover and steam for about 3 minutes
    4. Pour in serving bowl and serve
