Description
Stromboli is a type of turnover filled with various cheeses, Italian meats such as Pepperoni and ham or vegetables. The dough is Italian bread dough.

To Taste Parmesan Cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Cut the dough into 4, 6 or 8 pieces (depending the size you want your stramboli to be)
- Roll each section into a long and wide strip (see video)
- Top with fillings, sauce and cheese
- Fold over and tuck around the bottom
- Place onto a tray and open the edges up to create that classic stramboli appearance
- Brush with olive oil
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
