Description

This pancake is a cross between a crepe and a traditional pancake. It can be served with your favorite syrup or fruit and whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 4  Each Eggs
  • 1
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Butter, melted
  • 2
  • 1 1/2  Cup(s) Milk
  • 3
  • 1 1/2  Cup(s) Flour
  • 4
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Salt
  • 5
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 6
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Sugar
  • 7

Directions

    1. In a bowl beat eggs, milk and butter
    2. Add flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt
    3. Preheat griddle and lightly butter
    4. Using a large spoon, pour batter onto griddle, use back of spoon to spread it out into large oval
    5. When batter appears cooked, flip pancake over
    6. Fold pancakes in half and put on plate
    7. Garnish with whipped cream, berries, maple syrup, powder sugar or butter
